CUSTOM WELDING SERVICES & FABRICATION

Buffalo Niagara Weldworks, Inc. is dedicated to continual process improvement with welding and repair work to cast iron, cast steel, cast aluminum, copper welding, carbon steel, and stainless steel in all 300 series grades and above, all grades of aluminum, titanium, and brazing repair in silicon bronze. For repair and welding techniques our company utilizes a pulsed Mig, standard short arc Mig, Tig welding (purged for sanitary stainless) oxy/acetylene torch, and stick welding.

Our methods for cutting metal materials include manual grinding, bandsaw, utilizing a dry cut chop saw, oxy/acetylene, and a plasma arc. Plasma arc cutting is used for carbon steel with purified air or special gas mixes for stainless and titanium. This is performed manually and utilizing an automated plasma CNC table with thickness cutting capability of up to 1" of material.

CNC MACHINE SERVICES

At Buffalo Niagara Weldworks, Inc we utilize a computer numerical control (CNC) router that is a computer-controlled cutting machine related to the hand-held router used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminum, plastics, glass, and foams. As well as, sheet metal, metal plates, metal arts, metal signs, metal pipes, metal tubes and other metal cutting works.
